My commission split with RE/MAX is 99%/1% because I’m grandfathered in to that split. I pay $15,000 annually for my desk fee. On top of that I pay the company’s annual fee of about $410. My only other cost is a $30 per transaction fee. My Broker is an exceptional being and the fairest, most generous broker I know of – anywhere. The value proposition is stellar. I have everything I could ask for.
